We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The Senior Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, cultivating client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Revenue Generation:
    • Take ownership of the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive sales efforts and effective client engagement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales in existing accounts and acquire new business.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
    • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their objectives.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  3. Market Analysis:
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
    • Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market dynamics and customer preferences.
  4. Sales Presentations:
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our products/services.
    • Effectively communicate product features and benefits tailored to the client’s specific needs.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
    • Work closely with other departments, such as customer support and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  6. Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using the CRM system.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a successful Sales Executive, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proactive and strategic approach to sales.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in Education industry.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
