We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The Senior Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, cultivating client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive sales efforts and effective client engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales in existing accounts and acquire new business.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market dynamics and customer preferences.
- Sales Presentations:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our products/services.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits tailored to the client’s specific needs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
- Work closely with other departments, such as customer support and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a successful Sales Executive, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive and strategic approach to sales.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in Education industry.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
