Key Responsibilities:
Establish clear client retention goals
Process milestones for the clients and employees to work toward
Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software
Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software (ERP)
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate critical issues and ensure timely resolution
Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and training materials
Job Requirements:
Experience – 1+ years of experience
Education – Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
